wj: tell this joke to those m'sians who call us corrupt and money-minded - how much money does it take to build a government building in m'sia? 1000 million ringgit! a bit goes to your officials, another bit goes to your bumniputeras and all the random kakis then the rest of the money goes to the actual building because the building take too long to construct so costs increase due to inflation.
i am thankful that most m'sians aren't silly enough to make such ludicrous statements, s'pore may be corrupt but we have loads to learn from our northern neighbours.
