our attempt at catching the first sunrise of the year proved to be most futile. i've never watched a proper sunrise before, movies and their beautiful sunrises are highly misleading.
sian, i was looking forward to driving to changi to pick the sister up from the airport today but she's taking the taxi back, the heartless worm. i haven't seen her for so long and she denies me the opportunity to drive along the lovely ecp. gah.
