last bio chem lab! i am absolutely bucked. of course, today's lab was anything but nice and relaxing. firstly, my partner screwed up an entire batch of eppendorf tubes then it was my turn to screw up another batch of eppendorf tubes which meant we had to prepare 32 eppendorf tubes of solution which is a lot more difficult than it sounds. this was before i discovered i prepped the enzyme solution wrongly. champion. but we still ended on time even with 3 horrendous graphs to draw on my fuzzy sleep deprived brain.
i am supposed to be hard at work because organic chem beckons so alluringly at me. unfortunately, the stuff at etsy is lovely! these are probably one of the few dangly earrings i might wear. how to choose when you have estrogen, dopamine (presumably l-dopa, i don't know for sure because i have been ponning biochem lects. have i mentioned that i have a 900-1000 word essay to write on proteins and structure?) AND seretonin?! okay la, i am science freak. i also find it unbelievable that i am this intrigued by the stuff i am learning.
