it's been 4 hours since i left sentosa and i still feel like i'm bobbing about in the sea. beach introduction for life saving has left me with a face that has been sunburnt so badly i am Red. the back of my hands are burnt too because we wore long sleeve shirts over our swimsuits, so my upper body is a good deal fairer than my legs. hurray for more tanlines!
today's open water swim session has taught me that i have a long way to go before i attempt a triathlon.
our day will come.
