a new year spent with even less fanfare than previous years, i didn't think that was possible. a happy new year to everyone, one that will be filled with new triumphs, fears, heartbreaks and hopefully, enough happiness to make this a memorable year. i've spent so much of 2008 tired that i don't remember much anymore, so my resolution this year is savour every moment; i will live like a dying old woman and not a cynical youth. 2 songs for the new year!
