i've made panna cotta! i don't know how this batch will turn out because i had no way of measuring the gelatin so i just estimated a suitable amount, i think i was too generous with the lemon zest too so try at your own risk. just message me if you want to eat them. by the way, the invitation i extended to andre at stef's party still stands so he can taste my cooking if he wants to. i'm maintaining my "icy exterior" so i am not asking him myself haha.
