things i have learnt from muay thai:
1. the girls who look the most gu niang are the same ones who kick like fucking mules. i learnt this when the mitts i was holding ricocheted off my face after some girl threw me a roundhouse kick. if my left cheekbone fails to look super model-esque now, it's her fault.
2. the gloves that i rent are so smelly that my hands still smell of them after i've scrubbed them with dettol soap for more than 20 seconds.
3. i look younger than i really am, that or people should refrain from physical activities once they've left jc. the 15 year old kid who was my partner nearly dislocated her jaw when she heard my age. did i mention that i am probably fitter than her? MUAHAHA
okay, i think i'll go boil an egg for my face now.
