as most readers of this blog would know, i have been in a bit of a cooking frenzy of late. today, a sudden urge seized me and i decided i would make lemon meringue pies at almost 9pm. i finished baking those damned things at 12am and i am very sleepy from the sleep deprivation over the past few days. i have suffered scraped skin and a burnt finger from this little experiment so please don't judge my pies, some don't even have meringue as i had too little egg white to beat. you guys can have my sister to thank if the meringues are yummy because she made them. tell me when you guys are collecting them please. don't say i bo jio.
