second last day in helsinki. as i've said before, this feels incredibly surreal. i will pass several timezones going from one continent to another. my white snowy christmas will become one with the christmas lights at orchard road.
it has been crazy, i've been to so many places. well, i would have been to one more country if not for the weather. i figured it was too cold to walk around in -10 degrees. after getting caught out in heavy snow yesterday, i am not too keen on walking around with a near zero visibility and a half frozen face. my arms are aching from lugging a box full of cutlery for more than 600m, before i get any jibes about my weak upper body muscles. i saw two grown ang moh men lugging the same box to the recycling centre.
a little contemplative after i've heard about hx's death. i was never close to you but i will always remember you as the girl who sat on the left side of the class and you always had a smile on your face. my contact with you didn't extend much beyond the copying of geog/amath/bio hw but you will be missed.

our day will come.
