i put picture on this blog because it is looking rather drab and i want to chart the arduous journey of my half marathon training. around 10 weeks into training and i am still going strong! well apart from my one week break during cny. running about 7k now, need to up it if i wish to complete at least 15k before sundown.
this is what is stopping me - 
it is quite cool because you can see the new blister forming under the old one. my skin too thin damn it.
