shanghai food for dinner today was yummy, tongue's going a little numb from the spices though. i think it's the first time i've been to chinatown during mid autumn festival. though it looks kind of tacky now, i still love it. the lovely jia hao yue yuan bakeries with their egg tarts and lao po bing. i especially love chinese medicinal shops, maybe it's from all the time i spent inside them as a kid.
