this always happens, i get nice but ultimately useless people as group mates. i am too asian (read: nice and unassertive) to tell them to pull their bloody weight so i end up tearing my hair out when i have tons of work to do and i still have to clear up other people's shit. then i am too pc to say bad stuff about them in reflection.
