the weather these days is insane, i used to go running at 8 and it would be hot but not to the point that it saps me of all of my strength. the heat and the humidity was so bad i had a terribly foul temper after the run instead of my usual runner's high, i even cussed openly at annoying old man who was smoking right after his exercise.
mother's day meal has been revised drastically, the mother does not want to eat beef so seafood pesto pasta it is. the mushroom soup remains though. should really get some work done done.
